Fee Schedule

Applications for action by the Village Board, the Planning Board, the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Village Engineer, and the Village Building Inspector shall be accompanied by payment of the following fees for the procedures set forth hereinafter.

Inspection Fees

Village Engineer

6 percent of the Village Engineer's estimate of the cost of public improvements; 5 percent representing an estimate of the Village Engineer's time to oversee said work, and 1 percent the Village's administrative expense. Extra Engineering fees to be paid at time of incurrence if resulting from unforeseen conditions or inefficiency or negligence or wrongful acts of developer or owner, or developer or owner's use of engineer at time of premium hourly rates.
