The New Yoek State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) and the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) will be holding two Public Open House Meetings on October 25 & 26, 2011 to discuss the new Rockland County Digital Flood Insurance Rate Map, and the National Flood InsuranceProgram (NFIP) in general.
