NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY given that the Planning Board of the Village of Montebello will meet at the Village Hall, One Montebello Road in the Village of Montebello, New York on the 9th day of October, 2007, at 7:15 p.m. for the purpose of conducting a public hearing for the following matters:
Application of Robert Rino, 3 Hillside Avenue, Suffern, NY 10901 for approval of a Site Plan and Wetlands Permit entitled Rino Residence the property consists of 2.51 acres located on the north side of Viola Road approximately 600 feet south of Mile Road in the Village of Montebello, which is known and designated on the Ramapo Tax Map as Section 48.7 Block 1 Lot 17 in RR-50 Zone.
