NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Tentative Budget
November 14, 2012 at 8:00 pm
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that a Public Hearing will be held on Wednesday, November 14, 2012, beginning at 8:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard at Village Hall, One Montebello Road, Montebello, NY 10901, for the purpose of considering and adopting a Budget for the period of January 1 through December 31, 2013.
All interested parties are invited to attend. The tentative Budget will be available for inspection and review at the Village Office during normal hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The proposed salaries of the Village Board members are as follows:
Mayor - $21,000
Deputy Mayor - $4,000
Trustees (3) - $3,000 each

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Legal Notice - Village Election
WHEREAS, the next General Election for offices will be held on Tuesday, March 19, 2013; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees must designate by resolution and publication the office(s) which are to be filled at such election and terms thereof.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of Trustees designates that the offices of Two Trustees and One Village Justice are to be filled at the General Election on Tuesday, March 19, 2013 and that the term of these office will be four years, commencing One Election District for the General Village Election.
